FOX'S Business Network anchor Liz Claman, a tremendous supporter of Building Homes for Heroes and the severely-wounded men and women of the military, will participate in her third Nautica New York City Triathlon on Sunday, August 7, 2011. Liz will donate every cent she raises to help Building Homes for Heroes assist more military families in dire need with the gift of new homes. The event consists of a 1500m swim, a 40k bike ride, and a 10k run. Participants brave the waters of the mighty Hudson River, cycle along the West Side Highway, and then put their running shoes on for a run through New York's famed Central Park.
